Liked the Christmas Experience! We had a great time during our Christmas vacation on Cape Cod. The weather was chilly, but the activities and amenities of the resort kept us cozy and entertained. The access to the beach was fantastic; we enjoyed long walks and collecting shells. The indoor/outdoor pool was a plus, providing our family with hours of fun. the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked the Situation. The only thing we didn't like about our stay was the lack of breakfast options.

There were a playground and a playroom for guests with children. A small kitchenette was a big plus. We appreciated the an indoor swimming pool.

We greatly enjoyed having a kitchen. The Loft Restaurant, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Nothing beats being in colonial acres resort. Convenient base for a trip in West Yarmouth.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the price was incredibly reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the spotless rooms to the well-stocked kitchenette. Additionally, the location of the hotel in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful getaway. We especially loved the Jacuzzi tub in our room, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Private Beach & Quiet Location We spent our new year break at this resort and enjoyed the two facts offered: an indoor/outdoor pool and a private beach with tons of crabs. the resort offers a relaxing atmosphere due to its quiet location, far from the commotion of the city. We also appreciated the closeness to attractions key to the place.
Uncomfortable Beds & Noisy Sprinklers the beds were very uncomfortable and did not allow for a peaceful night's sleep. the sprinklers were put on too early, which made us wet when trying to enter our room at night.
